The reconstruction of physical, biological or medical quantities is of importance for many applications. Today, we cannot imagine medicine without computer tomography, or ultrasound. Inverse problems are concerned with the reconstruction of shapes and structures from remote measurements. Usually, these problems are instable and a large number of stabilization methods have been developed in the past decades.
